Meetings, site visits and conferences still run on paper, which is why a good notebook stays on a desk for months. A5 (148 x 210 mm) is the standard business size: big enough for meeting notes, small enough for a bag. A6 (105 x 148 mm) is a pocket size that suits field teams and giveaways.
Choosing the cover and paper
PU leather hardcovers are the corporate standard because they look premium, wipe clean and take debossing beautifully. Fabric and linen covers feel softer and more design-led. Kraft and recycled-card covers suit sustainability messaging and large delegate runs. Inside, paper weight around 70 to 100 gsm stops ink showing through, and lined, dotted or plain pages can be chosen to suit the user.

Debossing, foil or full colour
Debossing presses the logo into the cover so it sits below the surface, a clean ink-free finish that never rubs off. It can be blind (no colour) or filled with gold, silver or coloured foil. It starts from 50 pieces and takes 8 to 14 working days after the die is approved.
UV printing adds a full-colour logo or artwork to the cover from 25 pieces in 4 to 8 working days. Screen printing suits simple logos on kraft and card covers in larger runs from 100 pieces.
Diaries need ordering earlier than you think
Dated diaries are a year-end gift across the UAE and Qatar, and the whole region orders them at the same time. Order in October or early November so debossing, packing and delivery are finished before the last working weeks of December. Undated notebooks avoid the deadline entirely and can be gifted at any point in the year.

Do you supply notebooks in both the UAE and Qatar?
Yes. We supply notebooks to companies across all seven emirates and across Qatar from our office in Ajman, UAE. UAE orders are invoiced in AED with 5% VAT, and Qatar orders in QAR without VAT.
What is the minimum order for custom notebooks?
From 25 pieces with UV printing, 50 pieces with debossing, and 100 pieces with screen printing. Volume pricing starts at around 250 pieces.
How long do branded notebooks take?
UV printing takes 4 to 8 working days after artwork approval. Debossing takes 8 to 14 working days after the die is approved. Delivery is added on top.
What size is an A5 notebook?
A5 is 148 x 210 mm, the standard business notebook size. A6 is 105 x 148 mm, a pocket size.
When should we order corporate diaries?
In October or early November. Diaries are a year-end gift across the region, so production slots fill quickly in November and December.
