What's available

For every product in our catalogue, we can supply documentation from our suppliers and/or commission fresh third-party tests against the standards relevant to your market.

Standard test reports

• Chemical / material safety: lead, cadmium, phthalates, azo-dyes, formaldehyde, BPA (per ASTM, EN, JIS, or IS standards)
• Physical & mechanical safety:drop tests, pull tests, small-parts tests (children's items), sharp-edge tests, insulation integrity (drinkware)
• Textile tests: colourfastness, pilling, tensile strength, shrinkage, azo-dye detection, pH, formaldehyde
• Electronics:EMC (electromagnetic compatibility), battery safety (UN 38.3), CE & FCC compliance
• Food-contact: overall migration, specific heavy-metal migration, sensory testing (odour/taste)

Labs we work with

Our reports come from internationally accredited labs. We don't accept in-house factory test reports as standalone proof — only third-party verification.

• Bureau Veritas — global; strong for electronics and industrial testing
• Intertek — global; broad consumer-product coverage
• TÜV Rheinland / TÜV SÜD — Germany; strong for EU compliance and electrical safety
• UL Solutions — North America; electrical & battery safety
• CIRS / CTI — China; local testing for chemical standards

Certificates of Conformity (CoC)

For large orders (typically 1,000+ units), we issue a batch-specific CoC signed by our quality manager, referencing the underlying lab test reports and confirming that the produced batch matches the tested samples. Useful for tender submissions and import-clearance paperwork.

Material declarations

On request we provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Full Material Disclosure (FMD) statements covering:

• Material composition breakdown by weight
• REACH SVHC declaration (EU substances of very high concern)
• Prop 65 declaration (California)
• Conflict minerals status (for electronics with tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold)

How to request documentation

1. At quote stage — mention which documents you need and the standards they must cover.
2. We include them in the quote with any cost noted transparently (usually free for orders above 500 units).
3. Once the order is confirmed, we collect the documents from the supplier or commission fresh tests as needed.
4. You receive the documents digitally before or at the time of shipment.

Sample requests

If you want to commission independent testing yourself before placing a bulk order, we supply physical samples at cost + shipping. You can send them to any accredited lab of your choice. We'll happily liaise with the lab on your behalf.
