Print on demand: sublimation, DTF, UV printing & embroidery
We run every major printing technique in house: dye sublimation for flags, banners and full colour apparel, DTF and screen printing for cotton garments, UV printing for hard goods and signage, and embroidery and laser engraving for a premium finish on uniforms and awards. Tell us the product and the artwork and we’ll tell you which technique gets the best result.
Printing techniques we run
Each technique suits a different material and artwork. If you’re not sure which one applies to your product, send us the details and we’ll confirm before you order.
Dye sublimation
Full colour, edge to edge printing bonded into polyester fabric and coated surfaces. This is how we print flags, banners, bunting, sportswear, mugs and lanyards, with no ink layer to peel or crack.
Flags & banners, sportswear, mugs, lanyards
DTF & screen printing
Direct to film transfer for full colour designs and small runs on cotton apparel, and screen printing for large runs of simple one or two colour logos on T-shirts, tote bags and uniforms.
T-shirts, tote bags, uniforms, hoodies
UV printing
Ink is jetted directly onto the product and cured instantly, giving full colour photographic artwork on hard items such as pens, phone cases, plaques and acrylic signage.

Embroidery & laser engraving
Embroidery for polos, caps and corporate uniforms that need a stitched, premium finish; laser engraving for metal pens, awards and executive gifts that need a permanent mark rather than a printed one.

Get a quoteCommon questions
Can you sublimation print on flags and banners?
Yes. Flags, banners and bunting are one of the most common uses for dye sublimation: the design is printed edge to edge in full colour and bonds into the polyester fabric, so it holds up outdoors and in wind without cracking or fading like a surface print.
Which printing technique should I use?
It depends on the material and the artwork. Sublimation for polyester fabric, flags and coated items; DTF or screen printing for cotton apparel; UV printing for full colour designs on hard items; embroidery for a stitched finish on uniforms and caps; laser engraving for a permanent mark on metal. Send us the product and artwork and we'll recommend the technique rather than defaulting to whichever suits us.
What quantities do you work with?
From a single personalized item to runs of several thousand. Very small quantities carry a higher per-piece price since there's less volume to spread a small production cost across, but we quote at your actual quantity rather than pushing you toward a bulk minimum you don't need.
Can you dropship directly to my customers?
Yes. Send us your order feed, manually or through a simple integration, and we print and ship each order directly to your end customer with your business's branding on the packaging rather than ours.
Can every unit in an order be different?
Yes. Each item in a batch can carry its own name, number or message, which is common for name badges, team jerseys and personalized event gifts, at no extra charge beyond the base print cost.
How do I get a price?
Tell us the product, the technique if you already know it, the artwork and the quantity. We'll come back with a costed quote and, for most products, a free digital mock-up so you can see the result before you commit.
