How early should we order for GITEX or Gulfood?
Earlier than for a typical show — eight to ten weeks. Around the flagship exhibitions the entire regional market orders into the same window, so factory slots and freight both tighten. Six weeks is usually workable for a smaller conference; for the big shows it is uncomfortably tight.
Can you deliver to a stand at DWTC or ADNEC?
We can, but we usually advise delivering to your office a few days ahead instead. Venue build-up windows are strict and a missed loading slot can leave stock inaccessible until the show has already opened — a risk not worth taking with giveaways you cannot replace.
What quantities do exhibition giveaways usually run at?
Stand giveaways commonly run 500–5,000 depending on expected footfall; full delegate bags for a conference are ordered to the registration number, which is why they are usually confirmed later and need a faster turnaround. Tell us both figures and we will phase production accordingly.
