Screen Printing

Screen printing pushes ink through a fine mesh stencil onto the product, one screen per colour. It gives the most durable, most colour-accurate finish for flat surfaces and is the cheapest method per piece once you are past a few hundred units.

Pad Printing

Pad printing transfers ink from an etched plate onto a silicone pad, which then presses the image onto the product. Because the pad flexes, it is the standard method for branding curved and uneven items that a flat press cannot reach.

UV Printing

UV printing jets ink directly onto the product and cures it instantly with ultraviolet light. It reproduces full-colour, photographic artwork with no colour-count surcharge, which makes it the best choice for detailed or multi-colour logos.

Embroidery

Embroidery stitches your logo directly into the fabric with thread. It is the most durable and most premium-looking decoration for apparel and headwear, and it does not fade, crack or wash out the way a print eventually can.

Laser Engraving

Laser engraving burns or ablates the surface of the material to reveal a permanent mark, rather than adding ink on top. Nothing is applied to the product, so the branding cannot rub, peel or fade for the life of the item.

Dye Sublimation

Dye sublimation uses heat to turn solid dye into gas, which bonds into the surface of polyester fabric or a specially coated item. Because the dye becomes part of the material, there is no ink layer to feel, crack or peel.

DTF Transfer Printing

Direct-to-film printing prints your design onto a film, coats it with adhesive powder and heat-presses it onto the garment. It puts full-colour artwork onto any fabric β€” including 100% cotton and dark colours β€” with no screen setup.

Debossing & Embossing

Debossing presses your logo into the material and embossing raises it out, both using a heated metal die and no ink at all. The result is a tactile, understated mark that reads as premium precisely because it is not printed.

Doming (Resin Coating)

Doming seals a printed label under a clear polyurethane resin that self-levels into a glossy, raised lens. It gives a hard-wearing, three-dimensional badge finish that is waterproof and effectively scratch-proof.

Custom Packaging & Gift Boxes

Custom packaging turns a set of individual items into a single branded gift β€” rigid boxes, printed sleeves, foam inserts and cards, produced to your brand. For onboarding kits and client gifting it is usually what makes the difference between a parcel and a gift.

Choosing a branding method: common questions

Which branding method is best for corporate gifts in the UAE?

It depends on the material and the artwork. Screen printing for large runs of simple logos on fabric; embroidery for polos, caps and uniforms; UV printing for full-colour artwork on hard items; laser engraving for metal executive gifts and awards; DTF transfer for small quantities on cotton. Send us the product and artwork and we will recommend the method rather than defaulting to the one that suits us.

What is the cheapest way to put a logo on promotional products?

For large quantities of a simple one- or two-colour logo, screen printing has the lowest cost per piece once the screen setup is spread across the run. For quantities under about 50, methods with no setup cost β€” UV printing, DTF transfer and pad printing β€” usually work out cheaper overall even though their per-piece rate is higher.

What is the minimum order quantity for logo branding?

It varies by method: from 10 pieces for DTF transfer, 25 for UV printing and laser engraving, 50 for pad printing and embroidery, and 100 for screen printing and doming. Lower minimums generally mean a higher price per piece.

How long does branded merchandise take to produce in Dubai?

Most methods run 5–14 working days from artwork approval, with custom packaging the longest at 12–20 working days because it can only be produced once the contents are final. Confirm your in-hands date on the quote β€” if an event deadline is tight, say so up front so we can tell you honestly whether it is achievable.

Can you print full-colour photographic logos?

Yes β€” UV printing on hard items, dye sublimation on polyester, and DTF transfer on cotton all reproduce full colour and gradients with no per-colour surcharge. Screen printing and pad printing are spot-colour methods and are not suited to photographic artwork.

Not sure which method you need?

Send the product, artwork and quantity. We will tell you which method suits the job β€” including when the cheaper one is the right answer β€” and send a free digital mock-up with the quote.
