We ship across the GCC, India, and 20+ other countries:

• GCC (standard ground): Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman.
• South Asia: India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan.
• MENA: Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco.
• Europe: UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Ireland, Poland, Portugal.
• North America: USA, Canada.
• Asia-Pacific: Singapore, Malaysia, Australia.

Shipping to destinations not listed above may be possible on request. Contact us with your requirements.

Delivery timelines

Timelines cover production + transit. Customization adds 3–7 working days to any timeline.

• Within Qatar: 1–3 working days (stock) · 5–10 days (customized)
• GCC neighbours (UAE, SA, KW, BH, OM): 3–7 working days (stock) · 7–14 days (customized)
• India: 5–10 working days (stock) · 10–17 days (customized)
• Europe / UK: 7–14 working days (stock) · 12–21 days (customized)
• USA / Canada / Australia: 10–18 working days (stock) · 15–25 days (customized)
• Bulk orders (500+ units): quoted individually; typically 3–6 weeks including production

Timelines are indicative, not guaranteed. Holidays, customs inspections, or carrier delays can extend them.

Shipping fees

• Fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and declared value.
• Free shipping on orders over US$100 within GCC. Threshold may vary by country.
• Bulk orders (500+ units) typically ship as consolidated freight; rates shared on the quote.

Import duties & local taxes

Unless we've agreed DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) in writing, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs clearance fees, and local taxes charged at delivery.

• GCC intra-region: usually no duty within the GCC customs union. Local VAT applies.
• Imports to India: IGST + applicable customs duty collected by the courier at delivery.
• EU/UK: import VAT and duty due above the de-minimis threshold (€150 EU, £135 UK). Our courier acts as clearance agent; fees billed on delivery or prepaid via IOSS.
• USA: de-minimis is US$800 per shipment; fees apply above that.

Tracking

Every shipment receives a tracking number, visible in your account and included in the shipping-confirmation email. For orders within the GCC, we also share live tracking via WhatsApp on request.

Missed deliveries & failed addresses

• Couriers typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. After that, packages may be held at the local depot for pickup or returned to us.
• If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed collection, we charge actual return shipping cost + any re-delivery fee to the order. We'll contact you before re-shipping.

Damaged or lost in transit

• If a package arrives visibly damaged, refuse the delivery if possible, take photos, and contact us within 24 hours.
• If a package is marked "delivered" but you didn't receive it, contact us within 7 days so we can open a claim with the courier.

Expedited shipping

Rush delivery is available for most destinations at an additional cost. Request it when placing a quote or contact support@giftsgulf.com to upgrade an existing order.
