Who orders T-shirts in the UAE and Qatar

We supply T-shirts to companies in every UAE emirate and across Qatar. The way each sector uses them differs, so the right specification depends on who receives the gift and where they will use it.

Government & semi-government

Ministries and authorities order printed tees for national campaigns, volunteer programmes and community events.

Oil, gas & energy

Energy companies order tees and polos for safety-week campaigns, family days and site events, usually in breathable polyester.

Banking & finance

Banks order embroidered polos for branch and event staff, and printed tees for CSR and staff sports events.

Exhibitions & events

Event crews and volunteers need tees in bulk and fast, which suits screen printing for big runs and DTF for late additions.

Schools & universities

Schools order house-colour tees for sports days, graduation tees and staff shirts for open days.

Hotels & hospitality

Hotels order embroidered polos for front-of-house and activity staff, and printed tees for staff events.

Custom T-Shirt Printing buying guide

Pick the fabric for the climate first

In the UAE and Qatar the fabric matters as much as the print. For indoor events and office wear, a soft 100% cotton tee is comfortable and takes every print method. For anything outdoors, a fun run, a site event, a summer activation, choose a moisture-wicking polyester tee: it pulls sweat away from the skin and dries fast, so people actually wear it again.

Fabric weight is measured in grams per square metre (gsm). Around 150 to 160 gsm is light and cool, while 180 to 200 gsm feels more substantial and holds its shape after washing, which suits merchandise people will keep.

Which printing method to use

Screen printing is the cheapest method per shirt for a simple logo of one to six spot colours on 100 shirts or more, and gives the most durable, colour-accurate print. It takes 7 to 12 working days after artwork approval.

DTF transfer prints full-colour designs, gradients and photographs from just 10 shirts, on cotton, polyester and blends, light or dark, in 3 to 7 working days. Embroidery is the standard for polos and uniforms because it outlasts any print, from 50 pieces in 8 to 14 working days. Dye sublimation gives edge-to-edge prints on polyester from 50 pieces, but it does not work on 100% cotton.

  • Simple logo, large run: screen printing.
  • Full colour or small run: DTF transfer.
  • Polos and uniforms: embroidery.
  • All-over print on sports polyester: sublimation.

Getting sizes right

Size mistakes cost more than any other T-shirt error, because a wrong size is a wasted shirt. Ask your team for sizes before ordering if you can. For events where you do not know the audience, a common split is weighted to M and L with fewer S and XL, and a small number of XXL. We confirm the size chart for your exact shirt before production, and sizes can be mixed within the minimum order.

Artwork that prints well

Send your logo as a vector file (AI, PDF or SVG). For a chest logo, around 8 to 10 cm wide is the usual size; a back print can run up to around 30 cm. Very fine lines and tiny text can fill in on fabric, so we flag anything that will not reproduce cleanly on the mock-up before you approve it.

Custom T-Shirt Printing: questions buyers ask

Do you supply T-shirts in both the UAE and Qatar?

Yes. We supply T-shirts to companies across all seven emirates and across Qatar from our office in Ajman, UAE. UAE orders are invoiced in AED with 5% VAT, and Qatar orders in QAR without VAT.

What is the minimum order for custom T-shirts?

From 10 pieces with DTF transfer, 50 with embroidery or sublimation, and 100 per design with screen printing. Sizes can be mixed within the order.

How long does T-shirt printing take?

DTF transfer takes 3 to 7 working days after artwork approval, screen printing 7 to 12, sublimation 7 to 12, and embroidery 8 to 14, plus delivery.

Which fabric is best for outdoor events in the Gulf?

Moisture-wicking polyester, often called dri-fit. It pulls sweat away and dries quickly, so it is far more comfortable than heavy cotton in the heat.

Can you print full colour or a photo on a T-shirt?

Yes. DTF transfer and sublimation reproduce full colour and gradients with no per-colour charge. Sublimation only works on polyester, while DTF works on cotton and polyester.

Should polo shirts be embroidered or printed?

Embroidered. Embroidery is the most durable decoration and survives repeated washing, which is why it is standard on uniforms and polos.

Will the print crack or fade after washing?

Screen printing and embroidery are the most durable. DTF and sublimation also last well when washed inside out on a cool cycle. We share care instructions with every order.
