We supply Ramadan and Eid gifts to companies in every UAE emirate and across Qatar. The way each sector uses them differs, so the right specification depends on who receives the gift and where they will use it.
Ministries and semi-government entities send Ramadan sets to partners and staff, with formal quotations raised well before the month starts.
Energy operators send Ramadan greetings to partners and contractors and give flask sets to site teams for Iftar.
Banks send premium Ramadan sets to key clients and step up to an executive Eid gift for top relationships.
Ramadan majlis and Iftar events use branded flasks, cups and gift sets as guest gifts.
Schools and universities send Ramadan greetings to staff and partners and give Eid gifts to faculty.
Hotels and restaurants send Ramadan gifts to corporate clients who book Iftar and Suhoor events.
Ramadan gifts are sent during the holy month, often timed around Iftar, as a gesture of goodwill to clients, partners and staff. Eid gifts follow when Ramadan ends and are closer to a celebratory thank-you gift. Many companies in the UAE and Qatar plan them as two separate orders, a thoughtful Ramadan gift and a step-up Eid gift for key relationships.
Dates move with the Islamic calendar, roughly 11 days earlier each year, and are confirmed by moon sighting. Ramadan 2027 is expected to begin around 8 February 2027, with Eid al-Fitr around early March, so treat any date as a planning estimate.
Dates and sweets are the traditional Ramadan gift, and many companies pair them with something lasting that carries the brand. That is the part we supply: the branded items and the presentation box. If you want dates included, many clients pack our branded box with dates from their usual supplier, or ask us for a set built entirely from non-food items.
Seasonal designs usually use crescents, lanterns, geometric patterns and colours such as gold, deep green and navy, with a greeting such as Ramadan Kareem or Eid Mubarak in Arabic and English. Avoid printing Quranic verses or religious text on items that may be used casually or discarded. Keep your logo modest so the gift reads as a greeting rather than an advert.
Confirm Ramadan orders four to six weeks before Ramadan begins. Boxed and kitted sets take 12 to 20 working days including assembly, single laser-engraved items 5 to 10, and suppliers across the Gulf are at their busiest in the weeks before Ramadan. For an early-February start, that means approving artwork by early January. Eid orders can follow a few weeks later.
Working hours are shortened during Ramadan in both the UAE and Qatar, so give us a delivery contact and preferred delivery window so gifts arrive while offices are open.
