Ordering

What's the minimum order quantity?
Most products have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 50 units for customization. Stock items can be ordered individually. The MOQ for each product is shown on its page, and bulk discounts kick in at higher tiers (typically 250, 500, and 1,000 units).
How do I get a quote for a bulk order?
The fastest way is through our quote form at /bulk/inquiry β€” fill in the product(s), quantity, customization details, and any deadline. We respond within one business day. For urgent requests, email info@giftsgulf.com directly.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. Samples of most catalogue items are available at a subsidised price (typically 1.5-2x the unit cost) to cover shipping and handling. If you proceed with a bulk order above 500 units, we credit the sample cost back to your invoice.
Do you offer credit terms for corporate accounts?
For registered companies with 3+ completed orders, we offer Net-30 or Net-45 terms on request. Contact sales@giftsgulf.com to set up a credit account.

Customization

Which print methods do you offer?
Screen printing, embroidery, DTG (direct-to-garment), heat transfer, laser engraving, pad printing, sublimation, UV printing, debossing, and foil stamping. The right method depends on the material, the artwork, and the quantity β€” we'll recommend it on your quote.
What file format should I send for my logo?
Vector formats are ideal β€” AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG. If you only have a raster file (PNG, JPG), we can work with it at 300 DPI or higher. For tiny details or single-line logos, vector is essential for clean print results.
Will I get a proof before production?
Always. We send a digital proof (usually PDF or JPEG) for every customized order. Production only starts after your written approval. Changes after proof approval are not possible, so inspect it carefully.
Can you match Pantone colours exactly?
We match Pantone references within industry tolerance (Β±10% variance on most methods). Exact Pantone matching is available on screen printing and pad printing for an additional setup fee β€” tell us in your quote if it's critical.

Shipping & delivery

How long does delivery take?
Stock items: 1-3 days within Qatar, 3-7 days elsewhere in GCC. Customized items: add 3-7 days for production. Bulk orders (500+) typically ship in 3-6 weeks including production. See our Shipping Policy for per-region timelines.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes β€” to 20+ countries including the full GCC, India, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, USA, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia. Contact us for destinations not listed.
Who pays import duties?
Unless we've agreed DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms in writing, import duties and local taxes are the recipient's responsibility, billed at delivery by the courier.
Can I track my order?
Yes β€” every order gets a tracking number in the shipping-confirmation email and is visible in your account dashboard. For GCC orders we can also send live tracking updates via WhatsApp on request.

Returns & quality

What's your return policy?
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: fully refundable within 14 days of delivery. Stock items: returnable within 7 days if unused and in original packaging. Customized items (with your logo): non-returnable unless the defect is our fault. See our Returns Policy for details.
What if a print job comes out wrong?
If the delivered product differs from the approved proof beyond reasonable tolerance (Β±10% colour variance), we replace or refund at your choice. Send photos via your /account/returns page to start the claim.
Are your products compliant with safety standards?
Yes. We source from audited suppliers and can provide compliance documentation (REACH, CPSIA, OEKO-TEX, etc.) on request. See /compliance/product for details.

Payment & invoicing

Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards, UPI, and netbanking (via Razorpay), bank transfer, and cash on delivery within the GCC. For bulk orders we typically require a 50% deposit before production with the balance due before shipment.
Will I get a proper tax invoice?
Yes. Every order generates a sequentially numbered tax invoice (format INV-YYYY-XXXX). For Saudi Arabia we produce ZATCA-compliant e-invoices; for UAE we produce PINT AE format. EU B2B customers with valid VIES-validated VAT numbers receive reverse-charged invoices.
Can you invoice my company in a different currency?
Yes β€” we invoice in QAR, USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SAR, INR, and a few others on request. Currency is chosen at checkout or on the quote.
