Do you supply mugs in both the UAE and Qatar?

Yes. We supply mugs to companies across all seven emirates and across Qatar from our office in Ajman, UAE. UAE orders are invoiced in AED with 5% VAT, and Qatar orders in QAR without VAT.

What is the minimum order for printed mugs?

From 25 pieces for laser-engraved or UV-printed steel travel mugs, and 50 pieces for sublimated or pad-printed ceramic mugs.

How long does mug printing take?

Sublimation takes 7 to 12 working days after artwork approval, pad printing and laser engraving 5 to 10, and UV printing 4 to 8. Most orders arrive about 15 days after confirmation.

Can you print a full-colour photo on a mug?

Yes, with dye sublimation on coated white or light ceramic mugs. The design can wrap all the way around the mug.

Are printed mugs dishwasher safe?

Sublimated designs on coated ceramic and engraved steel hold up well to washing. Hand washing makes any printed finish last longer, so tell us if the mugs go into a shared office dishwasher.

What size is a standard mug?

The standard office mug is 11 oz, about 325 ml. Larger 15 oz mugs and steel travel mugs of around 350 to 500 ml are also available.
