Screen Printing in Dubai & the UAE
Screen printing pushes ink through a fine mesh stencil onto the product, one screen per colour. It gives the most durable, most colour-accurate finish for flat surfaces and is the cheapest method per piece once you are past a few hundred units.

How screen printing works, step by step
- 1
Artwork separation
Your logo is separated into one layer per spot colour and matched to Pantone references.
- 2
Screen preparation
A mesh screen is coated and exposed for each colour layer.
- 3
Print
Ink is pulled through each screen in sequence, with the product registered so colours line up.
- 4
Cure
Printed items pass through a dryer so the ink bonds permanently and survives washing.
Screen Printing: common questions
How much does screen printing cost in the UAE?
Cost is driven by colour count and quantity, not by design complexity. Each additional spot colour adds a screen setup, so a one-colour logo on 500 tote bags is materially cheaper per piece than a four-colour logo on 100. Send the artwork and quantity through our quote form and you get a costed breakdown, not a range.
What is the minimum order for screen printing?
We run screen printing from 100 pieces per design. Below that the screen setup dominates the unit price and either pad printing or DTF transfer is usually the cheaper route for the same result.
How long does screen printing take?
Typically 7–12 working days from artwork approval to dispatch. Rush handling is possible on stocked blanks — confirm it in writing on your quote before you commit to an event date.
Is screen printing or embroidery better for company t-shirts?
Screen printing for large front or back logos, bright colours and lower cost per piece. Embroidery for small chest logos, polos and anything where a premium, textured finish matters more than colour range.
