Placing a bulk order

1. Define your requirement

Before you request a quote, nail down four things: the product (or product category if you're still deciding), the quantity, your branding requirement (logo only, full custom design, or unbranded), and your delivery deadline. The more specific you are here, the faster your quote comes back accurate the first time.

If you don't have a product in mind yet, browse Collections and shortlist 2-3 options — our quote form accepts multiple products in a single request, so you don't need to submit separately for each.

2. Submit the RFQ

Fill in the bulk inquiry form with your shortlist, quantities, and any customization notes. If you already have artwork, attach it — vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) produce the cleanest proof; a 300 DPI-or-higher PNG/JPG works too. No artwork yet? Submit without it — we'll follow up once pricing is confirmed.

3. Review pricing and confirm the MOQ

Most products carry a minimum order quantity of 50 units for customization; stock (unbranded) items can be ordered individually. Bulk discount tiers typically kick in at 250, 500, and 1,000 units — your quote shows the per-unit price at your requested quantity and at the next tier up, so you can see whether rounding up saves money.

Want to see the product physically before committing? Samples are available at a subsidised price (roughly 1.5-2x the unit cost to cover shipping). If your order lands above 500 units, we credit the sample cost back to the final invoice.

4. Approve the digital proof

Once pricing is confirmed, we send a digital proof — the product with your artwork positioned exactly as it will be produced. Production only starts after your written sign-off, so check colours, placement, and text carefully at this step: changes after approval aren't possible once production has begun.

Pantone references are matched within industry tolerance (±10% variance) on most methods; exact Pantone matching is available on screen printing and pad printing for an additional setup fee if colour accuracy is critical for your brand.

5. Confirm payment terms

For bulk orders we typically require a 50% deposit before production starts, with the balance due before shipment. Payment methods include cards, UPI, and netbanking via Razorpay, plus bank transfer. Registered corporate accounts with 3+ completed orders can apply for Net-30 or Net-45 credit terms.

Every order generates a sequentially numbered tax invoice. Saudi Arabia orders get ZATCA-compliant e-invoices, UAE orders get PINT AE format, and EU B2B buyers with a VIES-validated VAT number receive reverse-charged invoicing automatically.

6. Track production and shipping

Customized orders add roughly 3-7 days for production on top of shipping time; bulk runs of 500+ units typically ship within 3-6 weeks door to door, production included. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the order ships, visible any time from your account dashboard — GCC orders can also get live tracking updates via WhatsApp on request.
